Pens always show ‘sold out’…why?
Right now the demand for pens far exceeds my ability to make them. New stock on the store is announced via email (subscribe to the reminder list at the top of the contact page). Units typically sell out in seconds (literally), working hard to increase production volume to offset this rather frustrating condition.
Why don’t you offer pre-sales?
Currently I am only offering pens in a first come first serve method, the rapid sell out nature also seems to applie to pre-order spots (spots sellout just a quick). Getting production into a more stable state before opening the books to larger volumes of orders is my main focus.
When are new pens available?
I always send reminder emails to subscribers 24hrs before each new batch becomes available with specific release times. Subscribe to the reminder list at the top of the contact page.
What size pens do you make?
The current 2024 bolt action is sized for ‘Parker Style’ refills. More options will come available (Pilot G2 and Energel) later in the 2024 year.
Can I request custom materials / modifications?
At this time I cannot accept custom requests or modifications. As a single person operation I need to put the majority of my focus on production and process refinement.
Why is the store link hidden / password protected?
Occasionally I need to work on the store and it will briefly go offline while changes are made, this usually happens just before product launch. Sometimes the page needs to be ‘live’ yet hidden from customers, this is when a password will be in place. When product is available there will be no password required.
How much is shipping and do you ship internationally?
Shipping is typically $15-$20 (USD) for US and Canadian orders. All these orders ship via USPS or Canada Post with tracking information. International orders are typically the same cost but ship via Canada Post WITHOUT tracking information. Tracking can be requested for international shipments but the price is significantly higher.
