Really starting to enjoy making these weekly videos. Thanks for following along!
PreSale Update - Week3
Another week done! Also, check your junk mail folks if your order shows as shipped, seems some of the auto update emails are getting filtered by some email clients.
Thanks as always for following along!
Presale Update - WeeK2
Another week, another behind the scene video. Thanks all for following along!
Presale Update - Week1
Thank-you all for the amazing amount of orders! Pens are starting to ship right now and will continue to ship each week until all orders have been fulfilled. The 6 week timeline is going to be far exceeded (due to order volume) but I will do my best to keep everyone informed!
As always, contact me anytime if you have questions or concerns.
Lottery and Presale Info
Lottery Info
There will be lottery emails going out this Friday for Black (Vader) and Blue Isogrip pens. I have some colourful variants planned for next week but more on that later. Watch for the passwords...timing is about right to avoid the US tariff nonsense as well. About that...
Presale Info
I have never sold via presale but this steely eyed rocket man came up with a fantastic method of 'timed presales'.
Basically the store will open for a short duration (1min or the like) and ANYONE can purchase a pen. There will be more details out on this but I think its a workable solution for people to purchase the pens they want and not swamp my production with 1000's of orders.
Lots of kinks to work out for my US customers (and your ever changing tariff requirements) but I think I have solutions in mind for most things. I will likely start with the most popular pens (Frags and satin / nebula finishes) to test the waters. As always I will do my best to keep things fair and try my best to cater to those who have been waiting the longest in the lottery.
US Tariff Info
By the time you are reading this the information is probably out of date but right now CUSMA is still protecting my products for US import. A blanket 10% did apply a few days back but I believe its suspended for the next (insert favorite number here) days
The 50% tariff was in effect for a few days but did not apply to my specific export category. That has also now been suspended for...(insert speed of unladen swallow here) days.
Everyone shipping outside of the US is unaffected.
Fun Stuff
I do a podcast with my friend Jamie every week where we talk shop and small business fire storms...or just rant about what is currently tickling our brains. Check it out here if that's up your alley. We also sell silly shirts to fund our weekly talks.
New Lottery Next Week !
Hello all, been a bit radio silent as I dig myself out of a backlog of emails and messages (throw in a fiber line fault to make matters even more fun). Production should finish up next week for a batch of Canadian IsoGrips and some Multicolour variants (assuming everything else goes to plan).
Thanks as always, lottery email with more details out next week!
